We are passionate about breeding and raising Purebred Registered Show-Quality Highland Cattle, with a special focus on providing exceptional stud bulls for future breeders. Our Highlands are an investment, but when you consider they’ll be with you for 20+ years, it’s worth choosing the perfect fit. All our stud stock are born and bred in Queensland, raised specifically for local conditions. Our Purebred Registered cattle are paddock-friendly, fully vaccinated, and come with complete animal husbandry records, registered with the Australian Highland Cattle Society or the Poll Highland Cattle Society of Australia.

My name is Rocky
Rockford of Vagabond was born on the 24/4/24 and became an internet sensation when he was lost and I found him in a thirty acre paddock as a newborn calf. He is purebred, registered with the Australian Highland Cattle Society and has just been awarded Reserve Champion Highland Calf at the Royal Toowoomba Show 2025.
He is extremely used to strangers and children patting and leading him at the show and in the paddock. He loves a blow dry as part of his show prep. He is the star of our farm photo shoots and was even the ring bearer at a local wedding. He is exceptional and will make a great future bull or be perfect for the first time cattle owner.

Phinneaus of Vagabond was born on the 21/07/2024 He was born one of our smallest calves. He has now filled out and is looking a lot like his dad Dawson Arrow of Macanleister who was the 2023 Australian Highland cattle society champion bull. Available at weaning. He enjoys munching on a carrot or lucerne cubes.

Diamontina Rivere of Rosewood Coos is one of Haylee’s most loved calves. Ever since River was a newborn, he had the most amazing bond with Haylee and follows her everywhere. He loves cuddles, brushes and scratches. He would make the most amazing therapy animal as he just loves people. He will be steered to keep him the perfect pet. He is a registered miniature and should grow to a bit under 1.2m tall. He has recently attended the Royal Toowoomba Show 2025 and was lead by both young and old. Regretful sale (Haylee has never sold any of her own much loved babies before) but I think we have too many up and coming bulls on the farm so he should go to a smaller loving home.

Paddock Stock For Sale
Our paddock stock consists of purebred unregistered highlands, cross bred highlands and a few special rare breed Sussex. They are used to being put through the cattle yards and handled by us.
Most people who buy our paddock stock are first time farmers who would like to learn on cattle with all the hard work already done before buying the purebred registered stock.
We currently have some cross bred highland calves for sale when they are weaned at about 6-9 months fully vaccinated and halter trained. Please contact us for more details.

Chief and Blake
We have just started weaning our highland x sussex calves. Chief and Blake will be ideal for the first time cattle owner or hobby farmer. Sussex is a rare british breed that my grandfather bred many years ago. Both steers will end up with long horns but shorter hair in summer than my purebreds. They will be sold weaned, halter trained and fully vaccinated. This is an excellent way to get into cattle because of the ongoing breeder support for years after you take your calves home (and at a fraction of the cost of my purebreds)
